Q: How do I know which option to select on the Home Page?
A: If you have received a correspondence letter from the FDIC concerning your non-deposit claim against a failed financial institution, then please proceed to login (on the left side of the page) with the following information that is located on the letter: Claimant ID, Fund Number, and Bar Code Number. The various types of correspondence may include a Proof of Claim (POC) form, an Additional Information Requested letter, and an Extension Request letter.

If you have not received any correspondence from the FDIC and want to create a non-deposit claim against a failed financial institution, then please proceed to "Register" (on the right side of the page) to begin your claim registration. You will be prompted to enter your email address, name, address, and contact information. After entering the required information, you will be sent an email to assist you in submitting on this website.

Q: Where do I find my Claimant ID, Fund #, and Bar code #?
A: The Claimant ID, Fund Number, and Bar Code Number are located at the top of the Proof of Claim (POC) form you will need this information in order to submit your non-deposit claim. You may have also received an Additional Information Requested letter or an Extension Request letter which will also contain your Claimant ID, Fund Number, and Bar Code Number values.
